Mark Stevenson is HONourables Golf Ambassador since the beginning of October. And anyone who knows Mark knows how selectively he deals with memberships. That’s why I feel very honored, but I think that’s why he fits in so well with us.
Although words do not really describe the experience of getting to know him as a personality, here’s a short introduction.
“For people who have never experienced golf, this may be a “walk with obstacles,” as a famous author once wrote. But almost everyone who has tried it once, is blown away. There is no more satisfying feeling than hitting the ball and watching it fly straight down the fairway.
“So think twice about starting golf, because you’ll never stop it!” This is exactly why I have been working as a golf professional since 1982 and my enthusiasm is still as great as it was at the beginning. My path took me through different levels of education to the Class A PGA Golf Teaching Professional with stops in Australia, Florida, Tunisia etc. I also spent many years on the South American Tour, Asia Tour, European Challenge Tour, Space Coast Golf Tour North, Florida PGA Winter Tour and Texas Tour as PGA Golf Playing Professional.
For over 22 years, I am in the golf club Gut Rieden on Lake Starnberg and can live from this wonderful place, my job and at the same time my hobby and experience. Even in winter, I always prefer golf trips to the most beautiful golf courses in the world. For over 17 years, I have been traveling to Abu Dhabi and Dubai regularly with my clients. For me one of the most beautiful places to play golf.
This “loyalty” rewarded me with honorary membership in Abu Dhabi Golf Club and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club. In the winter of 2018/2019 I will then also work as Golf Ambassador for the Emirates Palace. By golfing around the globe I have built up a very large network and can actively support “The HONorable Business and Lifestyle Network” as HONourables Ambassador in terms of golf and more.” MARK STEVENSON
